We work with you collaboratively to create the design and build solutions you need, ensuring you’re happy with the progress every step of the way. Our exceptional building standards and project management expertise help make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Scope of works

We meet with you to understand your needs & clarify our role in your project. This would typically be before you have consent, you may or may not already be in the design process with an Architect.

Once we decide that we like each other enough and would consider working together I will create a scope of work document and a preliminary budget.

This costs between $500 - $2,000 depending on the size & complexity of the project. If you choose to go ahead with us we refund this cost.

Project Management

Planning is everything in today's environment. We manage the entire build & work collaboratively with your Architect & Interior Designer.

Once we have a signed contract we will put together a full project schedule, in this i will detail dates for sub contractors, estimated stage completion dates & even dates we need to order materials to avoid delays.

Begin Work

This is our time to shine and when all the preliminary work pays off. We handle the project from start to finish, keeping you updated along the way. We have a team of experienced builders who are great to have on site.
